A GP referral is required for appointments. Please have your referral ready when contacting the team.

At Suite 6, Level 1, North West Specialist Suites, 137 Flockton Street, Everton Park; and Suite 23, Peninsula Private Hospital, corner Florence and George Streets, Kippa-Ring.
